His career includes working with renowned establishments such as Caesars Palace and Casinos, The Sheraton Hotel, The Hilton Hotel, and The Radisson Hotel, where he started his journey in 1969.

Beyond his culinary accomplishments, Robert is a multifaceted individual with diverse interests. He has a lifelong passion for music, having been a part of a working Jazz band in his high school years in 1966. Additionally, he finds joy in activities such as golfing, scuba diving, sailing, tennis, and cooking.
